Inconsiderate chinese delivery man.. damn those china peepz, they are all over Singapore and creating trouble.. Like robbing, scamming etc. My parents were victim of a scam previously as well... I wonder do they even have brains to start with? Worse of all, no manners for most of these ruggard warriors.
